Website Completion & Acceptance Confirmation

This document confirms the completion of the website design and development services provided by Xperience Marketing Solutions under the Website Design and Marketing Services Agreement previously signed by the Company.
By signing below, the Company acknowledges and confirms the following:

1. Review and Approval

The Company has reviewed the completed website and related deliverables and confirms that the work has been completed in accordance with the agreed scope of services and approved requirements.

2. Functionality and Testing

The website is live (or ready for launch, if applicable) and functioning properly at the time of acceptance. The Company has had the opportunity to review and test the website and confirms that its features are operating as intended.

3. Satisfaction with Completion

The Company confirms that all services included within the approved scope of work have been delivered and completed to its satisfaction.

4. No Outstanding Items

The Company confirms that there are no pending deliverables, corrections, or unresolved items owed under the agreed scope of work as of the date of this acknowledgment.

5. Future Updates or Enhancements

Any future changes, additions, enhancements, maintenance, or new functionality requested after the date of this confirmation will be considered new work and may require a separate proposal and additional fees.
If your company has retain our ongoing website maintenance services, updates covered under a website maintenance agreement will be handled accordingly by our team at Xperience Marketing Solutions.

6. Hosting, Maintenance & Ongoing Responsibility

After acceptance, website performance may be affected by hosting environments, third-party platforms, software updates, security changes, or modifications made by others.
If we are hosting your website and/or has contracted ongoing support or maintenance services with us, Xperience Marketing Solutions will manage updates and support under that agreement.
If hosting, maintenance, or modifications are handled by a third party or internally by the Company, responsibility for those changes and their impact on the website rests with the Company or that third party.

This confirmation does not replace or modify the original agreement. It serves as written acknowledgment that the website project has been completed as agreed.
